He first entered the real estate industry in 2015, managing landscaping and repair projects for clients across the Chicagoland area. That hands-on experience quickly evolved into a full-time passion for buying, selling, renting, and flipping properties throughout the Midwest and Southeast.
 
Since 2016, Mike has worked across multiple markets, bringing a sharp eye for value and a commitment to smart, ethical investing. By 2018, he shifted his primary focus to Florida and moved his family there as well.
 
Mike’s expertise aligns seamlessly with that of his business partner, Meir Tenenbaum, who has been exclusively focused on Florida real estate since 2015.
